In December 1982, 30,000 women arrived at RAF Greenham Common to ‘Embrace the Base’. Linking arms, they surrounded the nine miles of perimeter fence. It was an astonishing show of strength.

About the Event
This class, which will be held in our second floor observation gallery, celebrates the 36th anniversary of that event and the opening of our tower for community events.
From 3:45pm until 6pm, and the class will be followed by tea/coffee and cake.
